She giggled appreciatively. "I'll go warm up, and meet you eight-ish," she agreed, scratching at his left shoulder blade lightly as he played at her neck. His yawn threatened to infect her, and she turned her head slightly to avoid doing so directly into his breathing range. Her breath was probably terrible--she became much more aware of this every time that a whiff of his hit her nose with its minty essence. The sound of the rolling waves slid into her ear, completely contrasting with Piscine's silky voice; while he was passively strong, they crashed and thrashed violently. She found it hard to pick the better of the two, as she thoroughly enjoyed both. However, it was definitely getting chilly out, and she was more than ready to accept his invitation to go warm up and eat a hot meal. Her attention pricked, and head tilted just a bit in curiosity as she asked "Is there something wrong with that?" She didn't see it, if so--but then again, biology had never been her thing, and symbiotic relationships were entirely too deep for her. Actually...school had never been her thing, either. It wasn't that Pinky was daft--when she set her mind to it, she could accomplish most anything; she simply did not enjoy classrooms, studying, education, or anything that did not directly involve her ambition of being a baker (and that was most everything school-related). Homeschooled for many years, she was somewhat spoiled in the reasoning that she shouldn't have to do homework assignments, and could procrastinate for however long she wanted without consequence. Shifter Academy had been a difficult change for her, and, several years later she still had her reservations. She put a finger to his lips and grinned knowingly. "Daniella. My first name is Daniella." Extremely ticklish, she swatted at him playfully as he teased her sides, fighting off another bout of the giggles. "So, I'll be seeing you in town, then? Do you promise to walk me home?" That wouldn't be too hard, seeing as they both lived in dormitory rooms. This had been a very exciting day, thusfar. Pinky could barely contain her glee--all she had planned was to go for a swim and soak in a few rays of precious sunlight, and she had found something so much more fun. What would the night bring, she wondered. ((nooo worries, pet. i'm sorry too the internet here is terribly terrible.))

He chuckled softly. "We could always skip dinner, try your baked goods, and see what the night as in store for us."
He purred somewhat suggestively. He seemed to vary between deeper meanings and genuine words that were pure in their own way. With a quiet chuckle, he nibbled playfully on her nose. "Girls like you put guys like me out of business."

He stated teasingly, embracing her against the warmth of his form. "I could walk you home, or I could walk you to your room and stay there, trying to take cooking lessons from you. I can do everything but cook." He sighed and closed his eyes, running his fingertips along her spine. "M'hm..ticklish much?" He laughed and rubbed his cheek along her collarbone, gazing up at her with dark, innocent eyes. He couldn't help but tease her. Her reactions made him feel more alive than he had in ages. A sigh left his lips. In all honesty, he was still trying to figure out how he could have gotten so lucky. "Well, excuse me, Miss Daniella. And no, there is nothing wrong with a tiger falling for its natural prey." He murmured. Something in his groin stirred while his tiger begged for some form of release. It was only then did he realize why his body was so tense. All he knew is that he wouldn't try to force it on her, considering he didn't care to drive her away. If she wanted to leave, he would make sure it was what she wished and not something h had done to unintentionally upset her. He might be a male, but he did have self-control and a sense of discipline. He hasn't listened to it much in the past, but he would certainly give it a go. Especially now when he had somebody besides himself to worry about. Before, he had been more concerned with who he could mess with and whose life he could screw up. With her, he felt like a changed man. He'd be damned if he were to screw it up out of sheer stupidity. Well, to be more specific, he had been a boy before today. Now he had officially gratuated from boyhood into manhood. It brought with it its own feeling of general happiness. He might seem strange to her, but he didn't really have a clue what he was doing. He was just doing everything through split-second decisions. It was hard for him to think logically when both he and his tiger were possibly aroused by a girl who had accused him of nearly crushing her. And to think it had graduated into so much more.((Note: You're fine. Ha ha. Pinky certainly has an effect on Piscine and his tiger. xD..)) Perhaps anybody else--anyone with an inkling of caution or doubt, would have found the situation too intense to handle and would have backed out. Meeting a stranger and falling head over heels for them was not a normal thing to do. Pinky was reckless, as always, and any misgivings that most would have did not formulate in her brain. As far as she was concerned, everyone in the world could be her best friend; danger was a silly word.
The idea of dinner and spending the evening in her kitchen was very tantalizing. "I bet I could learn you a few things," she tittered. "At the very least I can teach you to bake cookies." She wasn't sure how that would turn out; not being a very good student would probably transfer into not being a very good teacher, either. But she was willing to give it a shot.
She made a face, sticking her tongue out and wrinkling her nose--still a bit damp from his playful bite. "I like 'Pinky' better. I'm only 'Daniella' on my driver's license and stuff," she stated matter-of-factly. Pinky felt the tension in the air, and had a pretty good idea of what caused it. In her party mode, which reared its head nearly every night after 8 pm, she would have teased him incessantly and flirted to an extremely high degree--and more than likely, the poor boy would get nothing for his troubles, not because she was cruel, but because she usually became distracted with other, more interesting things during the night.
Experiences she had plenty of, but none had meant anything. In her mind, being intimate was just one more way to be close to someone and share in their company. If, later on, Piscine wanted to be close in that way, she would oblige; she would do nearly anything to make her friends and lovers happy.
Happiness bubbled under her skin, making her blush a small bit more. She tickled his chest with her fingertips, finally resting them on each of his collarbones and returning his even gaze.
Wandering through the seahorse part of her brain, she came across the realization that she had never been officially tied down with any one guy. The prospect of a monogamous relationship was very exciting, and she couldn't wait to start making memories.
"It's getting late. Should we go?" The sky was turning to a deeper hue of amber with each passing minute as the sun began to recede. Pinky was hungry--her stomach growled quietly, though it threatened to roar at any second. She would normally have already been back in her dorm room, as she had just tossed the idea of heading home around when Piscine had splashed into her life.
((x3 i think he makes her hungry...talking about cakes'n'stuff. nomz.))
