Sam is young, shy, and loves his art. He likes feeling safe and secure in his own little piece of the world. He isn't very outgoing, and would prefer to sit quietly reading or drawing than going out and meeting people. Of course, he doesn't dislike meeting people, he's just shy. If you can get into a conversation with him though he's a sweet, polite young boy, and can be a loyal friend. His shift is a mouse, and yes, he likes cheese, you won't be the first to joke about that.

• Friends - Though he is shy he still needs friends, a few people who he can spend time with and talk to.
  
• Close Friend - Just one or two people he can really trust, maybe even enough to show his drawings to or share his feelings with
  
• Parent figure/guide/mentors - The kind of people he can look up to and talk about problems with. Maybe like a sort of older sibling.
  
• Girlfriend - Or more specifically 'someone to hit on him' as a certain person put. not quite the same thing, but either would be fun to try.
  
• Bullies? - Apparently Sam is like a target or something. He's already been threatened, so why not some plots with people he doesn't get along with?
  
• Other - If you can think up something I don't have here then go ahead and let me know.

Reasons: Well, we already discussed the possible plot, but basically they're both really friendly. Even though Sam is shy and somewhat quiet, and Niko is outgoing... I think the fact that Niko really doesn't dislike people or get mad could bring them together after awhile. He also doesn't mind doing stuff like hanging out in the dorms sometimes, so he could do what Sam likes to do sometimes and maybe even get him out a few times.
